How do I order online?
We’ve made it as easy as possible for you. Simply:
1. Choose a Meal Kit.
2. Select the number of boxes.
3. Select your delivery date.
4. Enter the required information to complete the checkout process.
5. Receive your box and enjoy within 48 hours!
Can I use Indico Gift Cards towards my purchase of Indico @ Home Meal Kits?
Indico Gift Cards are valid for dining in at our restaurants only. However, you can purchase electronic vouchers as a Gift Card that can be used for Indico @ Home Meal Kits.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
You can make changes or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the delivery date.
How long does the food last?
All food can be enjoyed for up to 48 hours, upon arrival. If you’re storing meals overnight, remember to keep them in the fridge to maintain freshness.
How many people is one Indico @ Home Meal Kit for?
This depends on your appetites! Each of our Meal Kits contain starter, several mains, sides and dessert and are designed for sharing.

Do you have any vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?
We have a fully Vegetarian Indico @ Home Meal Kit. A number of dishes in it are also Vegan. Please refer to the respective descriptions for each Meal Kit, to find out what these options are.
Due to the style of our cooking, we cannot guarantee that any of the dishes are gluten-free.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Please be aware, that we cannot promise to accommodate individual food allergies. However, other allergen information has been outlined on our main product page.
Although all care has been taken to remove bones from our chicken and lamb dishes, some bones may still remain.
Can I swap or remove any of the food items from my chosen Meal Kit?
We’re unable to change the contents of our Meal Kits. This is why each kit comes with a variety of choice and flavours - to cater to everybody’s taste.
How much does delivery cost?
The current fixed delivery price for locations across the UK is £10.00 per Meal Kit; and £5.00 per additional Meal Kit, that you purchase as part of the same order.
When will my delivery arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email with details abut your delivery, as soon as your order has been placed.
If I order more than one Meal Kit for a larger family, will they definitely arrive on the same day?
Absolutely. Simply select the same delivery date for all your chosen products; and they will arrive on the same day.
How far in advance can I order my Indico @ Home Meal Kit(s)?
Currently, you can order our Meal Kits up to 60 days in advance.
What if I am not in?
In this instance, please refer to the specific delivery information that will be sent to you from our delivery partner.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Can I return my kit?
Unfortunately, as our Meal Kits contain perishable goods, we are unable to accept any returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, you can contact a member of our friendly team via email, at: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your Refund Policy?
We take great care in preparing our Meal Kits and are sorry if you are unhappy with your purchase. If one of the following issues occurs: missing ingredients, damaged box, box did not arrive, we will of course offer an appropriate refund.

I still haven’t received my refund, what do I do?
